A. TBEA Statement

The user will be completely responsible for all his publicized content. The application of the functions of TBEA website must be in accordance with the international internet law and all the laws, local decrees of the countries that is accessible to the internet, the user must promise:

1.Do not transmit any information that is illegal, calumnious and harmful to others or anything vulgar, pornographic.

2.Do not transmit anything that instigates others for crimes.

3.Do not transmit anything that encourages the domestic disadvantages and concerning the safety of the country.

4.Do not transmit anything that violates the State law and international law.

5.The user is responsible to his publicized information, and any untrue discriminating messages are prohibited.

6.Any other illegal activities are prohibited.

7.TBEA has the right to trace any responsibilities that cause the lost on its honor and economy because of the violation of the terms from 1-6.

B. The Requirement to Enter the Supplier Library

The suppliers that have passed the examine of TBEA purchase managing department and meet the terms of this agreement can become a member of TBEA supplier with the following procedures. The units purchasing units under TBEA or its agent organizations select qualified supplies for relative bidding activities.

1.The suppliers that apply for TBEA purchasing qualification have to meet the following terms:

(1)Independent juridical qualification and the ability to undertake civil liability;

(2)Fare commercial credibility and complete system for finance and accountant;

(3)Fare capital and financial status;

(4)Necessary equipment, special technology and after service to perform contract;

(5)To pay taxes and money for social security;

(6)No illegal record in the past three years before application for TBEA supplier;

(7)Other terms under law or decree.

2.The suppliers have to fill the application form in a careful manner and according to its real status, to provide accurate information of the company and its products. TBEA website remains the right to delete any supplier that fills the form incorrectly.

3.If there is any change of the material concerning supplier, it must be renewed in time. Any loss caused by the change of material (renewed in time or not) will fall into the responsibility of the supplier.

4.The supplier is completely responsible for its applied account and password, any reveal of the account and password because of the supplier or the third party and any loss caused by this have nothing to do with TBEA.

5.The user name and password of the supplier can only be used by himself, the supplier is responsible for the privacy and all the activities that make use of the account and password. If the account or the password has lost or been stolen, a written report must be made to the purchasing management organization of TBEA.

6.The supplier is responsible to its publicized information, any illegal, unreal and malicious are strictly prohibited.

7.TBEA is free of responsibility when anything happens out the control of TBEA.

8.We remain the right to take proper measures and the definition of the terms belongs to TBEA.

C. Privacy Terms

When the user are making registrations, they have to provide true information and the information, the saved materials at TBEA website will remain privacy unless it is authorized to make it open or:

1.For opening the legal rules or legal serve procedure;

2.For protecting the legal right of customers and publics at emergency situation;

3.For protecting the intellectual property;

4.Under other circumstances that the information have to be open or revealed;

D. The information to be supplied by the suppliers:

The material provided by the suppliers (Such as: silicon steel, transformer oil, copper, aluminum),name ,address, postal code, contact person, e-mail, telephone number, fax number, bank of opening an account, district, certificate grade, cash paid in advance and being repaid later.

E. Rights and Interests of the Suppliers

Those registered TBEA suppliers verified by TBEA purchasing management have the rights and interests listed below:

1.To obtain the purchasing information from TBEA and its subsidiary units;

2.To get the bidding information such as the invitation for bid, inquiring bidding; TBEA will select the suppliers according to category and certificate grade;

3.To be certificated the TBEA supplier;

4.To enjoy the right to download tender document;

5.To be involved in bidding activities;

6.To enjoy the right for free mail service.

F. Dispute settlement

Any dispute caused by this agreement, the service of TBEA or any other relative dispute have to be solved in a friendly way, if fails, it will be submitted to the court that TBEA locate.
