Hengbian got the manufacturing rights of another 4sets 750KV ultra-high voltage in the 750KV reactor bidding of northwest subsequent 750KV conveying project of state grid company. In this state key project, Hengbian got 4sets highest voltage reactors again in northwest 750KV transmission and distribution demonstration project. This shows the large strength again.

    Hengbian, who has manufactured and operated the 750KV reactor for the first time, has the advantaged technology power and manufacturing experience.  Through introducing, studying and absorbing the world most advanced technology at present, Hengbian has mastered the technology of 750KVreactor wholly and obtained 7 patent technology and 7 technology secret of 750KV reactor, formed the technology feature inimitable by other factory. In manufacturing the core part of reactor-core disc, Hengbian has the unique innovation and rewrite the history that the core disc depends on importation, and fill up the domestic gap. On Sep 26, 2005, this reactor operated successfully in Guanting substation, Qinghai-northwest 750KV transmission and distribution demonstration project, whose good function get the good appraise from the industry expert.

    The operated altitude of 4sets 750KV reactors used in Xining substation, Qinghai reaches 2600 meters. It is 1600 meters higher than the past domestic reactors. This has a high requirement to the reactor technology and a big difficulty to the outer insulation structure in the process of designing and manufacturing the reactor. In this bid, Hengbian designed the reactor according to the technical requirement of 3000 meters and meet the requirement of the customer totally.
