TBEA Hengyang Transformer Co., Ltd got the bid of 4 group/10unit transformer on Feb 20, 2006 in the first centralized bidding of national grid company in 2006, which includes 9 units 500KV transformers, 1 unit 330KV transformers, 6 units 500KV high-voltage shunt-reactor, 15 units 330KV high-voltage shunt-reactors, 7 units neutral reactors. The total amount of the contract, which is the most in all the domestic companies, is about 180 million.

    This contract creates three “firsts” of Hengbian: “The first biggest contract amount in Hengbian History, 178,809,400.00 RMB, the first biggest capacity for single phase transformer(ODFPS-334000/500) which is used in domestic power grid system and manufactured by Chinese factory, the first time to get the tender of 330KV transformer and reactor product”

    In recent years, the sales record of Hengbian in the market has increased sharply. In 2005, the contract value of Hengbian reached 2000 million. The goal of contract value in 2006 is to reach 2500 million.
